Getting help with a download
To help us look into a problem quickly, please include:
- which tool you used (for example Reels or Story downloader);
- the Instagram link you tried, if you’re comfortable sharing it;
- the exact error message, and your device and browser.
Most failed downloads are caused by private accounts, deleted posts, expired Stories or links copied from the wrong place. The troubleshooting section on each tool page covers these.
Copyright and removal requests
Insta Video Download does not host Instagram content: files are fetched from Instagram when a visitor requests them and are not stored on our servers. If you believe our service is being used to infringe your rights, e-mail [email protected] with a link to the content and a short description. We will respond and take reasonable steps where we can.
To have content removed from Instagram itself, use Instagram’s own reporting tools.
